Now, if you hadn't have had a back up in traffic SOMEWHERE - could you really say you've been to DC? Of course not!!<BR/><BR/>Now when I drive from Cinci to Stafford, VA - about 30 miles south of DC - I base my departure COMPLETELY on when I will arrive in DC and base that time on traffic patterns.
