Six years ago today...
Six years ago today, Pope John Paul II went to his eternal reward. This is a photo of him the last time we saw him, on Palm Sunday that year. (Photo from: http://saltandlighttv.org/blog/?p=2492)
Amazing, I took off work on the day of his funeral and was not even a catholic, yet. For some unknown reason I just had to watch this historic occasion. Baptized and confirmed in 2006. I understand why now. Dave-Dallas, TX
