I was sad to learn that neither my husband, nor my daughter, my youngest son and myself exist. There is 1 perosn with my oldets son's name, so I suppose that is him.
It's doing a statistical analysis of how common your name is. You can also get a sense of this by googling your name in quotes and seeing how many results are NOT you. I always find those people interesting. It's like alternate lives I could have had. My married name came back 0, and sure enough all the google results are me. My maiden name came back 3, and there are two other people in the google results. One is a 13 yr old soccer player and the other is the owner of a bead shop.

I don't exist. But neither does DOM BETTINELLI, so at least I'm in good company.
I suspect it's a bit incomplete. Obscure, ethnic last names seem to be giving it trouble.
(Though Leonardi seems like it might fit that bill, as well.)
